Our client is a results-focused Australian digital marketing agency supporting small to medium-sized businesses across regional Australia. We're seeking a Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns that drive real commercial outcomes.
This is not a set-and-forget role. You'll own campaign performance, cost efficiency, and conversion strategy — translating data into clear, actionable insights for our account management team.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimisation
Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using Google Keyword Planner
Write high-performing, on-brief ad copy — strictly aligned to client-requested services/products only
Optimise campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and sales; manage budgets with commercial discipline
Advise on landing page requirements (designer builds; you provide strategic direction)
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Keyword Planner, and conversion tracking setup
Clear, professional English communication; written and verbal
Self-starter who owns workflow, meets deadlines, and flags risks early
Preferred Qualifications
Google Tag Manager experience
Landing page optimisation knowledge
eCommerce campaign management experience
Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar competitive intelligence tools
