  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters across multiple markets, distributing projects based on strengths and priorities and maintaining a high-performing team environment.
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from the OneForma pool; craft compelling job advertisements; collaborate with Global Sourcing, Vendor Management, and CTA teams to ensure a steady pipeline; screen and select suitable candidates for remote and onsite AI data projects.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers, including application tracking, interviewing, qualification testing, onboarding, and records maintenance; support client proposals (RFP/RFI) with rates and ramp-up times; negotiate competitive rates.
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates and drive process improvements by gathering feedback and creating recruitment dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Project Recruiter Manager

As a Project Recruiter Manager, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, connecting skilled contingent workers with our innovative AI enablement initiatives across 150+ locales worldwide.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Recruiter Manager, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of contingent workers for our AI projects. Your key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities.
  • Manage team workload, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Talent Sourcing & Management:

  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool to meet specific project demands.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements that attract top talent and clearly communicate project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Global Sourcing, Vendor Management and CTA teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Qualify our global community of collaborators by screening and selecting suitable candidates for both remote and onsite positions in our AI data projects.
  • Identify and monitor top performers in all AI job types and promote retention initiatives.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from application tracking to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Request and assign qualification tests, to candidates.
  • Support client proposal process (RFP/RFI) with rates, ramp up times and any other relevant information requested.
  • Negotiate competitive rates for candidates, aligning with project requirements and market standards and company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Manage to process and archive collaboration agreements efficiently.

Stakeholder Communication & Process Improvement:

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Gather and analyse feedback on the internal sourcing and screening process, and propose improvements to tools and procedures.
  • Create and manage recruitment dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting.
  • 2+ years of experience and leading teams.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.
  • Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
