About Job

• Review copy and identify issues with tone and voice, facts or grammar, formatting, punctuation, spelling and messaging.
• Rate and provide clear in-writing feedback for each deliverable reviewed.
• Review and sign-off high visibility deliverables prior to publishing.
• Provide quality localization for last-minute or confidential requests.
• Provide feedback and informed suggestions about terminology or brands.
• Review language-specific guidelines and provide market/cultural insight.
• Review copy in context, such as within an email, placed on art or within a webpage, for example
• Perform full Quality Assurance (QA) on the different platforms, and testing environments (including Production), as required by each Project
• Report and file bugs
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools or features being rolled out.
• Review incoming tryouts for represented language.
• Assist with training of new Testers joining language team.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested by Client.
• Must be on site at office during defined work hours.

• Ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of real-world software QA experience
• Experience in software localization.
• Full working proficiency of both written and spoken English. Ability to thrive under pressure and function optimally in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience: 

Bachelors or Masters in computer science/related fields or equivalent work experience.

2 years of QA Testing, Project Management, or Software Engineering Experience
