Role Overview
We are looking for a Pricing Specialist with strong experience in commercial and bid pricing, ideally within technology, AI data services and products. This role supports AI, ML, and LLM‑driven deals, translating complex scope into competitive and scalable pricing models.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage pricing models for bids and proposals (FTE, Pay‑Per‑Unit, hybrid, subscription, outcome‑based).
• Support pricing for AI & LLM data and products, annotation, HITL, model training & evaluation programs.
• Partner with Sales, Presales, Finance, and Delivery teams on global proposals.
• Analyze cost drivers, margins, risks, and pricing assumptions.
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and client requirements.
• Maintain pricing templates, tools, and documentation.
• Participate and drive pricing reviews and approvals with senior stakeholders.
• Draft winning propositions while maintaining margins and revenue continuity.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial bid management, or deal finance.
• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, cost structures, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with pricing tools preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and deadline management skills.
• Full‑time MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Exposure to AI, ML, LLM data, annotation, or AI product/service pricing.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with global or multi‑region pricing.
• Background in IT services, consulting, or technology-led offerings.
