Willing to do coverage (some in person but mostly virtual)
Self-starter and able to work independently

Provide remote, on-demand immigration and family law coverage for client law firms (MCH and Individual Hearings)
Support Florida-based matters with mostly virtual coverage and some in-person appearances
Manage cases efficiently, meet deadlines, and work independently
Commit to approximately 5+ hours per week on a contract basis

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida-based Immigration and Family Law Attorney.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week.
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 5 years’ Immigration and Family Law experience
- Wiling to do coverage (some in person but mostly virtual)
- Strong, experienced immigration coverage attorney for MCH and Individual Hearings
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
