Job description

Pay: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Join a respected, growing litigation practice where attorneys are trusted to take meaningful ownership of their cases.
  • Manage a focused caseload that gives you the time and resources to do high-quality legal work rather than simply chase volume.
  • Build deeper litigation and trial skills while working on sophisticated general liability and construction defect matters.
  • Work alongside attorneys who value strong advocacy, proactive case management, and continuous professional growth.
  • Remote flexibility is available anywhere in Florida for exceptionally strong candidates, with preference for attorneys who can work in person in the St. Petersburg area.

Location

St. Petersburg, FL preferred for in-person candidates; remote opportunities are available throughout Florida for particularly strong candidates with an active Florida Bar license.

Note:

This position requires 2+ years of directly relevant civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for general liability defense, third-party liability matters, and/or construction defect litigation. An active Florida Bar license is required.

About Us

We are a growing Florida litigation firm focused on defending businesses, professionals, corporations, and insurers in complex liability matters. Our attorneys handle meaningful cases with a deliberately focused caseload, allowing them to be proactive, thoughtful advocates while continuing to develop as litigators and trial attorneys. We value professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and attorneys who genuinely enjoy litigation and want to become better at it. Confidential Employer.

  • Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial-related activities as appropriate.
