As we scale, we are building a specialized sourcing function to strengthen our recruitment engine and allow our recruiters to focus purely on high-impact interviewing and client alignment.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented Recruitment Coordinator whose primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and qualify candidates before they reach the interview stage. This role is heavily execution focused. You will own the top of the funnel and ensure that every candidate passed to a recruiter is properly aligned and interview ready. This is not a passive coordination role. It requires proactive outreach, strong judgment, and structured screening.
While relevant recruitment or sourcing experience is preferred, we also welcome individuals who demonstrate the foundational skills required for this role and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Proactively source candidates
- Identify hard-to-find or niche profiles with confidence
- Conduct outbound outreach and pitch opportunities clearly
- Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
Pre-Screening & Qualification
- Conduct short screening calls
- Validate experience alignment with job requirements
- Assess salary expectations and notice period
- Evaluate communication fluency
- Confirm motivation and interest level
- Identify red flags early
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters
- Ensure availability alignment
- Maintain structured follow-up communication
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
Documentation & Database Management
- Draft, update, and format job descriptions in coordination with the hiring team
- Post job openings on Talvette's job board and LinkedIn page
- Write and update candidate notes, status, and communication history in the ATS
- Support candidate communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
- Ensure timely and respectful responses to candidates
- Maintain data hygiene and pipeline clarity
Key Skills & Experience
- A Bachelors degree in any discipline, with a basic understanding of how different functions operate within an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic recruitment tools
- Willingness to learn, especially in technical sourcing and recruitment best practices
- At least 6 months of experience in talent sourcing, or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
Employment Structure:
- Work from home in Bangladesh | Full-time and Contractual | BYOD (bring your own device)
- Salary: BDT 20,000
- Work week: Sunday - Thursday. Saturday is a light working day
- Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (flexible with accountability)
- Growth scope: Career progression to a Recruiter if performance is strong
