  • Assist customers with reservations, inquiries about services, and provide detailed information about hospitality offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline service delivery.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company services, policies, and industry trends to assist clients effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and keep precise records for service enhancement.
  • Foster lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
