Job Title : Program Manager
Location : Fully Remote
Must reside in CA, OR, WA, CO, GA, VA, DC, MD - must work
Duration : 1+ Yrs of Contract

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8-10+ years of related experience
  • Must have healthcare, health insurance, health plans, etc.
  • Experience leading and managing large complex programs with multiple stakeholder and executive visibility
  • Strong background in performance marketing and marketing analytics
  • Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Adobe Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer)
  • Marketo
  • CDB, segmentation, personalization technologies (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Strategy background
  • Skilled at mapping end-to-end journeys, consumer lifecycle strategies, journey design
  • Digital measurement, experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, segmentation
Preferred Skills
  • Market expansion experience
