Requirements:
Conduct business analysis and develop improved group- and project-level reporting tools in collaboration with directors and the company accountant.
Provide operations support and assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting and performance analysis.
Lead HR-related activities such as payroll support, compliance understanding, training for supervisors/engineers, and standardizing hiring contracts/processes.
Manage marketing activities including internal group newsletters, external brochures, website updates, and social media management.

The role will be broad in scope, working with one of the directors and will support areas such as HR, Marketing and Business P&L analysis, reporting and improvement.
Key responsibilities include business analysis, operations support, and financial planning activities.
As a group we employ around 70 full time employees and have been in operation around 15 years.
What You'll Do:
You'll be the kind of person who:
Marketing - Internal - Group newsletter - Talk to engineers, supervisors and clients to gain information to prepare a regular newsletter for communication to staff and clients.
Marketing - External - Brochures, Website, Social Media Management
Business Analysis - Working with directors and company accountant to develop improved reporting and analysis tools across group level P&L's, as well as project level reporting.
HR - Support Payroll and develop a greater understanding within the business of compliance requirements & Train supervisors and engineers.
We work on major infrastructure projects such as Tunnel projects, Wharf infrastructure and Bridges.

Working across a combination of tasks from HR-Marketing-Business Analysis
Employee newsletter (create it from scratch) - meeting other staff within the business to compile information
Marketing aspect | BTS, strategy is not part of it, focus is managing the process and outcome
Adobe Creative Suite - creating or laying out newsletters
P&L aspect (bonus) | can understand numbers, interpret financial performance, suggest improvements to reports, identify missing financial data for tracking

Xero understanding (beneficial)
