Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design (preferred)
3+ years of experience in residential drafting or architectural documentation
Proficiency in REVIT for residential design and documentation
Strong understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards

This is a full-time, drafter role for a interior and building design studio located in Wynnum, QLD. The drafter will be tasked with drafting residential plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the design team, and ensuring all design outputs meet client expectations and project goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure drawings align with project timelines and quality standards.
Stay updated with residential building code changes, drafting standards, and technical requirements.
Requirements
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design is preferred.
3+ years of experience in residential drafting or architectural documentation.
Proficiency in REVIT for residential design and documentation.
Strong understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards.
Ability to produce accurate drawings with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with designers, engineers, and project teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple revisions and deadlines.
Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into clear technical documentation.
