  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and support compliance and onboarding processes; provide administrative support to recruitment consultants.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to enable high-value activities and ensure timely candidate delivery in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Associate to support the end-to-end recruitment process by driving candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is eager to grow into a high-impact recruitment professional within the AU market. You will work closely with senior recruiters, enabling them to focus on high-value activities while you help build strong talent pipelines and deliver quality candidates. This role is best suited for someone with a strong growth mindset, a genuine passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to navigate challenges in a competitive recruitment landscape.

What You’ll Do
  • Support proactive candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and internal databases.
  • Conduct headhunting activities, including outreach to passive candidates and initial engagement calls within the AU market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future job opportunities.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across job boards and social platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and senior recruiters or clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems and databases.
  • Assist in compliance and onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to recruitment consultants.

  • Is comfortable using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Experience using Loxo or similar recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to step outside their comfort zone.
