Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hands-on HR experience in B2B startups or scaleups (HR consulting, recruiting, or HR interim management)
  • Based in Europe and available for freelance/remote work (20-40 hours per week)
  • IT-savvy with strong communication skills; fluent in English and German
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly

Requirements:

  • Provide interim HR management and HR consulting services to B2B startups/scaleups on a remote/freelance basis
  • Support recruiting, talent acquisition, and headhunting activities as part of client engagements
  • Advise on HR processes, organizational structure, and assist with selection and implementation of HR software
  • Deliver coaching, training, and mediation; contribute to learning and development within client teams
