Reporting to our Customer Care Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring colleagues in a dynamic environment.

The primary responsibilities of the Customer Care Contract Expert include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Hempel’s top‑tier customers following the sales process.
  • Manage large‑scale customer projects, including forecasting customer needs and coordinating all required documentation.
  • Validate operational contract terms after the initial sale.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries, including order placement, order tracking, delivery status updates, product information, and related requests.
  • Prioritize customer purchase orders and coordinate supply accordingly.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.
  • Participate in internal strategic initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Hempel customer care
  • Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office programs
  • Native Turkish speaker
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft preferred) and other relevant tools
  • Willingness to train and support colleagues
