About Us: Climate Collective Foundation (CCF)
Climate Collective Foundation is an India-based non-profit organization that facilitates and enables entrepreneurship in the climate tech and circular economy sector throughout the global south. We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Over the last 8 years, Climate Collective has run 90 climate tech accelerators and supported 1067 climate tech startups via market acceleration, that have collectively raised ~USD 235M. Our remote team of 40 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.
Startup Earth Center (SEC) is a tech-powered platform designed by Climate Collective to foster innovation and climate tech entrepreneurship. It is an open access, self-paced content platform for climate tech entrepreneurship courses based on modular learning tailored to the needs of the learner. SEC course content includes a user-friendly portal to support self-paced learning, equipped with interactive tools to enhance learning experiences. By democratizing educational access, SEC aims to fill the critical gap in climate tech entrepreneurship.
About the Role
We are seeking a Green Hydrogen Content Consultant to create and lead the development of our Green Hydrogen Overview Course for the SEC platform. The consultant will build learner friendly content that explains the green hydrogen ecosystem in India and globally, including fundamentals, technologies, applications, supply chain, policy and market signals, and emerging business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging course content by creating and curating relevant startup examples, incorporating interactive tools, and enhancing the overall learning experience.
Review and refine content to ensure it aligns with strategic objectives and meets high-quality standards.
Craft clear, compelling scripts for educational videos and learning resources to maximize clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
Continuously improve course material based on team insights and user feedback to enhance relevance, impact, and usability.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in hydrogen, clean fuels, industrial decarbonisation, energy systems, or related field, with a strong understanding of their applications in the clean energy sector.
Experience in innovation and entrepreneurship is preferred.
Candidates with experience in content development is a plus.
Skills Required
Ability to curate content according to templates provided using expertise and insight in the Hydrogen and Energy sector.
Willing to explore new interactive online tools and a passion for creating high learning outcomes-based materials.
Good communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and interact effectively with the team.
Strong ethos to adhere to milestones and regular reporting according to agreed timelines.
Great analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
Reporting Matrix
The Green Hydrogen course consultant will report to the Program Lead, Startup Earth Center and will collaborate closely with other SEC team members.
Location
Remote – This is a fully remote role. We are seeking candidates based in India or those with an Indian bank account.
