What You'll Do:

• Provide detailed charting support to physicians by accurately documenting patient encounters in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring timeliness and precision.
  
• Gather and organize information for the patient's visits, including medical history and current health status.
  
• Partner with physicians to facilitate a seamless patient care experience, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
  
• Utilize various medical software tools like EHR Systems, Medical Terminology Reference Tools, and Voice-to-Text Transcription Tools.
  
• Engage in secure messaging and collaboration with healthcare teams to maintain efficient communication and patient confidentiality.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical scribe role is required.
