Job description

This is a remote position.

Salary: Rs.10,000 Per Month In Hand for 12 Months
Rs.20,000 Per Month In Hand after 12 Months 
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms to screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our marketing and creative roles.

  • Develop and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and integrate them into the FyerX culture.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.

  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist in the performance management process, including annual reviews and feedback sessions.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably within a marketing agency or a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software (HRIS or HRMS).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion and professionalism
