Portivity GRC application and Support

This is a remote position.

Product - Protiviti GRC

Need Experience resource who can handle the Portivity GRC application and Support.

• Candidate should possess capabilities of leading all discussions / co-ordinations with customers ranging from technical and operations (process experts).

• Meeting Quality standards and quality control checks on already built work packs.

• Work with tech teams in getting project solution completed

• Application design, customization, development, testing and Production support

• Guiding/helping junior team members technically Exp:-

• Applicant should be proficient Protiviti GRC

• Should have good understanding of MES system

• Good Software Programming Fundamentals

• Applicant should have programming experience in .Net and SQL.

• Expertise in Windows Server, Database( Oracle, SQL server) etc

• Good Problem solving, Communication, interpersonal and team playing skills

• Applicant must have good experience in troubleshooting.

• Applicant must be dynamic, flexible and interest to learn. •

 • Preferable if experience in interfacing v

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, experience in ITIL framework . Support Project Experience is must

• Production Support experience with ability to to manage P1/P2 critical situations

• Identify improvement areas, automations in MES

• Willingness to work in 24 X 7 shifts" Qualification:

• Engineering Graduate/ Graduation in Computer Application or any other relevant Post Grad.
