Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport and capable of handling a wide range of travel-related tasks. If you enjoy assisting clients and ensuring their travel plans run smoothly, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Manage Travel Bookings: Use Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport to handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with itinerary planning, travel confirmations, and handling client inquiries.
  • Offer Client Assistance and Troubleshooting: Proactively resolve travel-related issues and manage changes or cancellations promptly.
  • Stay Updated with Travel Policies and Guidelines: Ensure all bookings comply with current travel policies and client requirements.
  • Maintain Client Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, changes, and travel preferences.
  • Research and Provide Travel Recommendations: Suggest suitable travel options based on client preferences and budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Travel Agent with proficiency in Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
