Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the Epic Resolute Professional Billing training environment, ensuring it mirrors the production environment.

- Create sample billing data and scenarios that reflect real-world situations for users to experience during training.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the training environment is updated and aligned with the production environment.

- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand the workflows and are prepared for the live system.

- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the training environment, working closely with technical staff.

Requirements

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT training.

- Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required.

- Experience managing and maintaining Epic training environments.

- Strong understanding of billing workflows and system configuration.

Expected Travel:

25% onsite travel for training sessions.

Expected Schedule:

Full-time, remote with onsite travel during training sessions.
