Job description

This is a remote position.

Zero to One Search is a Germany-based international recruitment agency focusing on connecting Tech professionals with Tech companies. We have grown from 1 to 25 top-notch recruiters in 5 years to serve our client's need for good professionals.

We work with big established brands and we focus on candidates working in the following domains: Software Development; Data; Product; HR; Sales

Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly analyzes job descriptions to ensure alignment of submitted candidates with position requirements. This entails researching any terms or technologies the Recruiter may not be familiar with and checking in with the Recruiting Manager if more information is needed.
  • Prepares interview cheat sheet for all positions assigned to him/her.
  • Analyzes all CVs before interviewing candidates to detect any red flags and prepare appropriate questions.
  • Escalate to the Recruiting Manager any concerns, opportunities for improvement, or requests for tools that may arise in day-to-day operations.
  • Provides the candidate follow-up on his application at least once a week.
  • Participate in all meetings as required by the Recruiting Manager.


Requirements


  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • Experience in IT Recruiting is preferred. 
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
