Sales Representative (REMOTE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)
20% of sales revenue closed + 20% monthly residual commissions on active retainer clients when monthly quota is met

Description:
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven independent Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for a Sales Rep contractor that can adopt or share our same values. This role is ideal for a dynamic closer who wants unlimited earning potential and long-term residual income.

Must be trained on our services and offers. Sales Rep will need to get approval for certain types of sales efforts. Will be required to attend a weekly meeting with the Marketing Team on Wednesdays @ 9am CST and a monthly Sales Performance Review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meetings 

    • Attend monthly Sales Performance Review with Keitha McAdams

    • Attend weekly 1-hour marketing team meeting on Wednesdays @ 9am CST

  • Sales & Marketing

    • Attend networking events (in-person or online) to invite potential clients to our Lead Magnets and/or the SuccessFULL Community

    • Request for Content Creator to add content to the company News Feed to aid in SEO

    • Can use social media to reach our target audience

  • What You'll Do

    • Generate and close new business for our automation services and memberships

    • Conduct discovery calls and follow-up appointments

    • Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their workflow needs

    • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

    • Hit monthly revenue goals and meet minimum new client activity requirements to maintain residual commissions

    • Collaborate with our Marketing Team on Email Campaigns and Sales Funnels, then implement

  • Compensation

    • 100% commission-based

    • 20% commission on all new sales

    • 20% monthly residual commissions on active retainer clients you close

    • Residuals continue as long as you acquire at least one new retainer client or 2 new memberships every 60 days

    • Monthly Sales Revenue Quota: $20,000–$25,000 in sales revenue & residual revenue (combined)

Requirements

  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in sales—preferably B2B, SaaS, or service-based
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working fully remote
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
  • ​A positive, coachable attitude and desire for long-term growth
  • Must have a mobile device (Android/iPhone) and a computer with reliable internet
