Marketing Specialist (REMOTE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)

Reports to: Keitha McAdams, Owner
Location: Remote 
Employment Type: 30-Day Contract
Budget: $750 (total)
Expected time commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours over the month 
Potential: Opportunity for ongoing monthly work based on results

Description
We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, grow our online community, and optimize our marketing efforts across social media, YouTube, email, and strategic partnerships.
The Marketing Specialist will be expected to grow the SuccessFULL Solutions audience, generate qualified consultant leads, increase engagement across all marketing channels, optimize the lead-to-client journey, and expand the company’s visibility through strategic partnerships, content distribution, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Success in this role means helping SuccessFULL Solutions consistently increase qualified consultant leads, YouTube engagement, ACN membership, and client conversions through proactive marketing initiatives. Successful completion may lead to an ongoing monthly engagement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of marketing experience (YouTube preferred)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Zoho One applications (Zoho Social, WorkDrive, CRM, etc.) or similar tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and willingness to leverage AI tools for efficiency
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must have mobile device (Android/iPhone) and a computer with high speed internet and virus protection
  • Preferred Location: United States
