We are seeking an Accounting Assistant who will also handle HR accounting tasks like payroll preparation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to HR accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and statements.
Ensuring compliance with accounting laws and organizational policies.
Preparing and analyzing financial reports and budgets.
Overseeing payroll preparation and ensuring its accuracy and timeliness.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Assisting in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
Handling tax preparations, filings, and audits.
Coordinating with HR to align payroll with employee records.
Supporting HR in financial aspects of employee benefits, compensation, and insurance.

Principales responsabilités :

Maintenir des dossiers et des états financiers exacts et à jour.
Veiller au respect des lois comptables et des politiques de l'organisation.
Préparer et analyser les rapports financiers et les budgets.
Superviser la préparation des salaires et s'assurer de leur exactitude et de leur respect des délais.
Gérer les comptes créditeurs et débiteurs.
Contribuer aux prévisions financières et à l'analyse des risques.

Coordonner avec les RH l'alignement de la paie sur les dossiers des employés.
