Join our team and support one of the world’s leading automotive brands! We are looking for dedicated and professional Customer Support Specialists with excellent communication skills in German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and assistance related to automotive products and service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support
Requirements:
  • Minimum C1 level of German (spoken and written)
  • ​Intermediate level of English
  • Previous experience in customer support or a service-oriented environment is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
