Job description

We’re hiring a Senior Backend Developer (4+ years of experience) for one of our clients in the trading industry. The client is an established player in the market, currently expanding their backend team to support ongoing system development and integration.

Requirements:

Strong backend development experience with Golang, Java, or C#
This is not a web app development role. We're looking for engineers with experience in complex, low-latency, distributed systems handling high input volumes (preferably in trading industry).
Solid understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems
English proficiency for daily communication
Based in Serbia

Nice to have:

Experience with gRPC protocol
Knowledge of FIX 4.4 protocol
This is a fully remote position, long-term collaboration, with a team distributed across multiple locations.
