About the Role

We're seeking detail-oriented Associate Theft Investigators to analyze video footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents. This role combines analytical skills with attention to detail to support our mission of reducing retail losses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents

  • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines

  • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels

  • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed

  • Update and maintain theft tracking systems

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to maintain focus while reviewing video content

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Available for full training and nesting schedule

Must be able to

  • Attend the 5-day intensive training program

  • Successfully complete the 2-week nesting period
