Job description

About the Opportunity:

Gear Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter (20 hours/week) to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This role offers flexibility, as it comes with remote work options and flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Responsibility:

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update our candidate database.

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.


Desired Expertise:

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).

  • Familiarity with a variety of sourcing tools and techniques.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

  • Experience in BPO recruitment is a plus.
