Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Content Writer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to create high-quality health, wellness, and beauty content while aggressively promoting our healthcare products and cosmetics across all major social media platforms. This role is responsible for daily multi-platform content creation, visual production, organic traffic growth, community engagement, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is highly creative, data-driven, fluent in English, and experienced in managing end-to-end social media operations with a strong focus on visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality essays, summaries, and informative articles on health, wellness, beauty, and related topics for platforms like Medium, LinkedIn articles, blogs, and our own sites—content that naturally highlights the benefits of our healthcare products and cosmetics.
  • Promote our products aggressively every single day: feature and push 5 selected products across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest), using provided links and sites to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Create all necessary graphics, videos, reels, stories, and other visuals using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar software to make content highly engaging and shareable.
  • Drive maximum organic traffic and clicks to our websites through effective strategies: compelling calls-to-action, strategic hashtags, SEO-optimized captions, trending formats, consistent high-volume posting, and creative promotional tactics.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all comments, direct messages, DMs, reviews, and user inquiries—providing excellent customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and fostering positive community interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily and weekly (engagement, reach, likes, shares, clicks, conversions) to identify what works best and recommend ongoing improvements.
  • Develop and manage daily/weekly content calendars: plan posts, brainstorm fresh ideas, repurpose high-performing content, and maintain a steady stream of promotional material.
  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, health and cosmetics industry developments, viral content formats, and competitor strategies to keep our presence relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Build and grow the community: run polls, Q&A sessions, live videos, encourage user-generated content, explore collaborations, and implement other engagement tactics to increase followers and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure complete brand consistency across all channels: maintain our voice, visual style, messaging guidelines, and overall tone in every post and interaction.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).

  • Strong writing skills for articles, captions, and promotional content.
  • Ability to promote 5 products daily across all major social platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar design/video tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, hashtags, CTAs, and organic traffic strategies.
  • Experience managing multi-platform social media accounts.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content.
  • Strong community management and customer service skills.
  • Experience creating and managing content calendars.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and brand consistency.
  • Available to complete a Test Project.
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
