Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles (sales, account manager, or success manager) working with startups and high-tech companies.
  • Superb writing and communication skills; fluent in English and Ukrainian.
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable using Jira or similar tools; knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience mentoring CSM teams and managing a portfolio of accounts with renewals and upsells.

Requirements:

  • Own and manage account relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and contract renewals.
  • Expand book of business by achieving KPIs and identifying upsell opportunities; renew existing contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to surface customer feedback, ensure client satisfaction, and create internal growth plans; monitor success.
  • Develop long-term VIP account management strategy and assist new customers; protect revenue streams and identify opportunities/risks.

Your day as CSM Senior?

This full-time position is based in Poland/Ukraine preferred in Krakow/ Warsaw or other city in Ukraine (Lviv/Kiev) . You will report directly to the CEO/COO of the company and be responsible building and maintaining strong relationship, and mentoring young CSM members.

Building successful customer relationships rest largely on how well the CSM can communicate. Every customer faces unique challenges in their journey and it's important for them to feel heard. A good CSM will both know how to listen and understand their problems and then communicate effective solutions, driving a new business opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership account relationships, starting from driving the recruitment process, including being the manager for all issues that arise, building relationships with stakeholders, and renewing existing contracts
  • Ongoing expand your book of business according to company KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to expand existing contracts with your book of business.
  • Partner with other teams at Yozma to surface customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Create and implement internal growth plans for our customers to set expectations and monitor success.

  • Develop a long-term strategic plan for VIP account management at Yozma as we plan for long-term expansion.

  • Assist new customers joining Yozma and using our services.

  • Protect existing revenue streams, identify opportunities and risks


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing roles ( Like sales, account manager or success manager) , working with startups and high-tech companies .

  • Superb writing and communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.

  • Problem-solver, resourceful, and independent.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on renewals and upsells conversations

  • Execute an account-specific relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls, quarterly business reviews, account documentation, reference management, and account planning sessions

  • IT services companies background and/or experience working in a fast-growth B2B SaaS setting- Must
  • Mentoring CSM team in the past.

  • Technical knowledge and key buzz words of Hi-tech understanding development life cycle, methodologic such as Agile , Scrum etc
  • Comfortable as an independent contributor in a team setting

  • Excellent people skills - this job requires building and maintaining working relationships with global employees.

  • Knowledge of working with Jira,  or any other application is a must

  • Ukrainian speaker MUST

  • English speaker - MUST.
