Job description

JDOnline Connect is looking for General Virtual Assistants to provide administrative support to our clients in their businesses while working remotely. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, organized and proactive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to emails and phone calls.

Manage Calendars - Booking appointments with clients, calendar management.

Make travel arrangements - Book travel and accommodations.

Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.

Organize clients files (cloud or local drive).

Create presentations and reports according to instructions given.

Conduct online research.

Provide customer service as you will be the first point of contact.

Performing other duties related to General VA role when needed.
