We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source, attract, and engage passive candidates for engineering, data science, product, and other technical roles.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking events to identify top technical talent.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Engage with passive candidates to understand their career goals and align them with potential opportunities.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and market trends.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Research industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and innovative sourcing tools.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS systems.
Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
