Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (7+ Years)

Job Type: Full-time (3-6 months engagement)

Shift: 5 hours PST overlap

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience to take the lead in designing and developing robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations, and will play a key role in delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and help shape the Salesforce development landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead LWC Development: Take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Complex Business Logic: Architect and implement complex business logic using Apex, including unit tests, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Advanced Integrations: Drive the integration of Salesforce with external APIs, third-party applications, and services using SOAP, REST, and Bulk API.
Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize LWC components and Apex processes to ensure the highest level of performance.
Code Reviews & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster best practices and coding excellence.
Strategic Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of code, integration logic, and technical design for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, with extensive expertise in LWC, Apex, and SoQL.
Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in LWC lifecycle, event handling, data binding, and responsive UI design.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex Apex business logic (unit tests, triggers, batch processes).
- Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API).
Salesforce Security & Best Practices: Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and optimization techniques.
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) required; Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with Aura components and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile.
