Hiring React Developer (Power Pages and Power Portal)

About Client:

Our Client is an Australian company that focuses solely on providing project portfolio management (PPM) solutions to PMOs more than 10 years.

About the job

We are a global company with our head office located in Sydney. Our team is spread across the globe and includes locations such as the UK, Pakistan, Canada and Australia.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic React Developer working exclusively on Power Pages and Power Portal to join our team; the successful candidate will drive the development of our product offerings and participate in project deliveries

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement user interface components using React JS (both class and function-based components).
Develop reusable components across applications.
Use hooks and store to maintain application state.
Have good hands-on experience in creating responsive UI using HTML/CSS and other libraries.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and responsive web applications.
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct regular code reviews.
Optimize applications for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
Experience in Ag-Grid and Sync fusion controls is a plus

Skills Required:

5+ years of software development experience (React), dedicated to working exclusively on Power Pages and Power Portal.
Experience in frontend performance optimization and scaling React applications.
Strong expertise in React with experience building complex, scalable frontend applications.
Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an obsession with creating efficient, intuitive, and visually appealing UI components.
Demonstrated understanding and practice of modern frontend development processes, including pair programming, TDD, and Agile methodologies.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead junior developers on best practices in React and frontend development.
Excellent communication skills and an interest in understanding the business impact of the product.

Working Days & Timings: 6 am to 2 pm - Australian Time zone (Mon- Fri)
