Overview

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in maintaining client satisfaction, driving retention, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Account Oversight: Manage client accounts, ensuring services are delivered effectively and expectations are met.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications
