Minimum of 3.5 years of experience working with Revit and AutoCAD in an architectural or engineering environment. Proficient in Revit (including BIM coordination) and AutoCAD software. Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles. Experience with MEP modeling is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Revit. Create and modify complex 3D models and families within Revit to meet project requirements. Ensure Revit models are fully coordinated across all disciplines and follow project specifications and standards. Produce high-quality 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD for a variety of architectural and engineering projects. Convert sketches, designs, and notes into precise and accurate technical drawings. Work closely with engineers, and other stakeholders to gather design requirements and incorporate feedback into drawings and models. Ensure that all drawings and models comply with relevant codes, standards, and project-specific requirements. Collaborate on design changes and revisions, ensuring that all updates are reflected accurately across all documentation.
