Roles & Responsibilities

Experienced construction field technicians/laborers with hands-on site experience.
Previous work in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting and placement of rebar and post-tensioning systems.
Ability to read and speak English; Spanish is a plus; safety-oriented, team-oriented, proactive and professional.
Willingness to travel up to 85% out of town; must provide own transportation and pass DMV record screening; pre-employment drug screen; forklift/manlift experience a plus.

Requirements:

Concrete and post-tension repair
Rebar and post-tension installation and stressing
Work on new construction and existing buildings, including working at heights
Formwork, carpentry and finishing with a focus on attention to detail and safety

Construction duties include:

The ideal candidate will be / have:

Experienced construction field technicians / laborers

Previous experience in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting and placement of rebar and post-tensioning systems.
Experienced in placing, finishing, patching concrete. Structure types include – parking decks, bridge decks, concrete paving, structural members (beams, columns, caps), flatwork and miscellaneous structures
Ability to read and speak English. Spanish is a plus.
Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
Safety-oriented in all situations and environments.
Travel expectations up to 85% out of town travel
Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth

Travel expectations up to 85% out of town travel mixed with South Florida - area work. Meetings will take place at our Pompano Beach, FL office.
