Job Requirements:

• 2+ years proven experience in operations management or a similar role, demonstrating a strong capability to lead complex projects to successful completion. 
• Prior experience in the construction industry or demonstrated understanding of principles preferred. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of issues and the development of effective solutions promptly.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing team members to achieve their best performance. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, ensuring seamless project tracking and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear and effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, addressing any challenges that arise in real time. 
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. 
• Monitor performance metrics continuously and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness. 
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for operations, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively to meet project demands. 
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring alignment and communication across all departments involved.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
