Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in operations management or a similar role, demonstrating a strong capability to lead complex projects to successful completion. 
  • Prior experience in the construction industry or demonstrated understanding of principles preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of issues and the development of effective solutions promptly.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing team members to achieve their best performance. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, ensuring seamless project tracking and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear and effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
