Translation Project Manager

The Language Doctors, Inc. is seeking a Translation Project Manager with experience in the translation and localization industry to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Create and submit accurate quotes to clients on time. 

• Issue Purchase Orders for vendors. 

• Coordinate with translators to establish delivery times. 

• Organize and verify project files for final delivery to clients. 

• Ensure that projects are completed and delivered within the specified timeline with the closest attention to quality. 
  

Education, Experience, & Skills Required: 

• Proven experience as a Translator. 

• Proficient in using SLD TRADOS. 

• Bilingual in English at a professional level. 

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. 

• Quick learner with the capability to acquire new skills and technologies swiftly. 

• Strong problem-solving skills with practical common sense. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 

Available Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM EST to 05:30 PM EST 
• Monday to Friday, 07:00 PM EST to 03:30 AM EST
