Job Requirements:

• Min 2.5 years proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, storage solutions, and cloud services. 
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and network protocols.
• Experience with security tools and practices, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

Core responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy IT systems, including servers, networks, storage solutions, and cloud services. 
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement system architecture and infrastructure solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems and infrastructure. 
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and efficiency. 
• Configure, manage, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Ensure network availability, performance, and security across the organization. 
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members. 
• Respond to and resolve technical issues and service requests in a timely manner
