KPIs:

  • Create and edit user friendly sites based on strategic design principles
  • Update client web properties on a regular consistent basis following industry standards and adhering to brand standards


Key Result Areas:

- Design and develop responsive websites and web applications, ensuring optimal user experience and usability across different devices and browsers.

- Collaborate with design teams to translate visual designs into functional web interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix errors, ensuring high-quality website performance and functionality.

- Optimize website speed, performance, and security through proper coding techniques, caching mechanisms, and security protocols.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement tracking codes, analytics tools, and conversion tracking on websites to gather data and insights for optimization.

- Ensure website accessibility standards are met, including compliance with WCAG 2.0 guidelines and ADA requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Manage website updates, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring content accuracy and timely delivery of changes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, performance, and compatibility across different platforms.
