Job description:

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience eliciting and documenting business and system requirements
Experience developing and implementing and evaluating WORKFLOW processes, policies and procedures
Must have healthcare experience; claims/EDI, membership, provider, or care management
Jira or Confluence
Strong USE CASE and USER STORY development
Experience with designing and document business requirements and design as-is and future state process opportunities
