Job description

Desde Pacifica Continental estamos buscando un/a Project Manager para una organización que trabaja por la inclusión sociolaboral de las personas con discapacidad en 14 países de la región. 
 

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Organizar, gestionar y ejecutar de inicio a fin los proyectos con clientes en México en coordinación con Operations Manager.

  • Implementar los servicios correspondientes y organizar los servicios que requieran la intervención de otras áreas o proveedores.

  • Ser punto de contacto, referencia y consulta para clientes sobre temas en DEI (Diversidad, equidad e Inclusión).

  • Brindar asesoría consultiva y continua a nuestros clientes para impulsar un cambio cultural y la mejora de los procesos de inclusión de personas con discapacidad.

  • Acompañamiento a las empresas detectando necesidades y oportunidades de realizar nuevas acciones en conjunto.

  • Buscar innovación y creatividad en la ejecución de proyectos y entregables desde la Operación

  • Detectar necesidades de mejora en los proyectos con nuestros clientes y la satisfacción de los mismos

  • Asegurar la fidelización de clientes.

  • Realizar presentaciones y materiales para el buen desarrollo de los servicios

  • Velar por la renovación de la contratación de servicios de las empresas activas.
     

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años gestionando proyectos sociales de incio a fin (deseable)

  • Conocimientos intermedio de inglés (deseable)

  • Conocimientos en diversidad e inclusión (deseable).

  • Experiencia trabajando en startups (deseable).

  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos corporativos
