El rol y sus desafíos

  • Análisis y desarrollo de propuestas técnicas en base a requisitos del área de Producto.
  • Participación en reuniones cross con los equipos de Producto y UX.
  • Desarrollar/mejorar los features de las aplicaciones.
  • Participar en sesiones de trabajo para pruebas de integraciones o pases a producción.
  • Investigar nuevos features técnicos para mantener actualizadas las arquitecturas y diseño de las aplicaciones.
  • Guardias rotativas para soporte en producción.

Nuestro equipo de IT diariamente trabaja junto a Producto y Negocio en la construcción de productos financieros. Investiga sobre tecnologías que ayuden a resolver las necesidades de los clientes.

Realiza maquetas de nuevos conceptos que permitan su validación y luego las evoluciona hasta generar un nuevo producto sólido. Produce entregables precisos y de alta calidad durante todas las fases del proyecto para producto.

Colabora con el resto de los equipos y stakeholders durante la implementación para asegurarse que el producto cumpla con los objetivos de la experiencia propuesta.

Requisitos del perfil

+3 años de experiencia con:

  • POO.
  • Lenguaje de programación Kotlin, Java.
  • Conocimientos sobre microservicios.
  • Creación de APIs REST con Spring Boot.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Stack Front-end (NodeJs, ReactJs, css).
  • Pruebas unitarias.
  • Git.
  • Bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
  • Metodologías ágiles.
  • Troubleshooting + Bug Fixing.

Soft Skills requeridas

  • Análisis técnico y funcional de iniciativas
  • Excelentes skills de comunicación.
  • Ownership (impulsar, implementar, proponer y cumplir expectativas)
  • Trabajo proactivo y remoto en equipo.
