Marketing Associate (Remote)

Cultivar Asia is a Singapore-based recruitment and HR solutions firm serving clients across Singapore and the region. We are structured, fast-moving, and process-driven. We are now looking to fill the role of a Marketing Executive to support our marketing initatives, and this position is a remote one with occassional meeting in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials using Canva (EDMs, social posts, brochures, internal posters, event visuals, pitch decks)
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations (client decks, training materials, internal SOP decks, webinars)
• Execute email marketing campaigns using Brevo (newsletter broadcasts, automation flows, list segmentation)
• Assist in developing internal SOP documentation for marketing processes
• Support company announcements, internal broadcasts, and event promotions
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (LinkedIn posts, email snippets, slides, posters)
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and materials
• Organise and maintain marketing asset folders (structured and clean file management)
• Track basic marketing performance metrics (open rate, CTR, engagement)
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects assigned by management
• Provide marketing strategy update (i.e. plan of action) every end of the quarter, to review past quarter and forecast the next quarter.

Requirements:

• Based in Indonesia (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or design-related role
• Strong Canva design skills (must submit portfolio)
• Strong PowerPoint skills (clean formatting, consistent layouts, professional decks)
• Experience using Brevo (or similar email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Able to follow brand guidelines and structured instructions
• Strong English writing skills (clear, concise, professional)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Stable internet connection and proper remote work setup

Preferred:

• Experience working with overseas companies, or foreign companies based in Indonesia
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or professional services industry
