Machine Connectivity Consultant (m/w/d)
Du willst an der Schnittstelle zwischen Shopfloor und IT arbeiten und industrielle Digitalisierung konkret umsetzen?
In unserem Bereich Digital Supply Chain Services verbindest du OT-Know-how, IT-Architektur und SAP-Technologie und hilfst unseren Kunden, ihre Maschinen- und Anlagendaten effizient, sicher und skalierbar nutzbar zu machen – als Basis für moderne Produktionsprozesse und datengetriebene Entscheidungen.
Was dich bei uns erwartet
- Beratung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Machine-Connectivity-Lösungen im industriellen Umfeld
- Anbindung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Linien an SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP APM, SAP BTP und IoT-Architekturen
- Design und Umsetzung von OT/IT-Integrationsarchitekturen (z. B. OPC UA, MQTT, REST, Edge-Computing)
- Analyse von Shopfloor- und Automatisierungslandschaften sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Connectivity-Strategien
- Durchführung von OT/IT-Workshops mit Fachbereichen, IT und Automatisierung
- Integration von Maschinen- und Prozessdaten in übergeordnete SAP-Lösungen (z. B. SAP DM, SAP APM, Analytics)
- Mitarbeit im Presales – z. B. bei Lösungskonzepten, Architekturdesigns, Workshops und Aufwandsschätzungen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Standards, Templates und Best Practices im Bereich Machine Connectivity
- Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projektteams und Einsätze bei namhaften Industrieunternehmen
- Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung – z. B. Richtung Machine Connectivity Architect, (Teil-)Projektleitung oder OT/IT-Lead
- Offene Teamkultur mit Raum für Eigeninitiative, Verantwortung und neue Ideen – kein Mikromanagement
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in der Anbindung von Maschinen und Anlagen im industriellen Umfeld (OT/IT)
- Kenntnisse in Machine Connectivity-Technologien wie OPC UA, MQTT, REST, Edge Devices oder Gateways
- Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Automatisierungstechnik und industrielle IT-Architekturen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP APM, SAP BTP oder IoT
- Erfahrung in Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung technischer Integrationslösungen
- Erfahrung in Projektarbeit, Workshops oder Kundenberatung von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an Industrie 4.0, Digitalisierung und neuen Technologien
