Job description

Your Role

  • Deliver accurate, polite, and professional support via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers from the French market with their queries regarding household appliances
  • Provide tailored solutions and clear information based on internal processes and quality standards
  • Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, ensuring alignment with customer needs
  • Maintain high service levels by following Quality Guidelines and KPIs
  • Collaborate with team members to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and satisfaction
  • Work in rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00, from Monday to Saturday
    (Days off: Sunday and one additional rotating day)

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or above)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and customer empathy
  • Ability to adapt to different types of customers and resolve issues efficiently
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team spirit and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
