The Job
Support team members to develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the company’s model.
Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position.
