Job description

Hiring Manager: Aliza Edelstein, VP Product Marketing & Brand

About us

Scribe is where exceptional people come to do the best work of their careers. More than 94% of the Fortune 500 use Scribe to own their specialized intelligence: the unique way their teams work, decide, and get things done. Our Specialized Intelligence platform automatically distills work into a living asset that helps people and AI agents do their best work.

We're growing fast, since our founding in 2019, we've grown to 7 million users across 600,000 businesses. Based in San Francisco, we've been named a LinkedIn Top Startup, are valued at over $1 billion, and are backed by leading investors. Join us in our mission to uplevel how the world works.

πŸ“Œ About the Role

7 million users. 600,000 businesses. 94% of the Fortune 500. Scribe is on a mission to change how the world works: to become the specialized intelligence platform that every AI-native enterprise runs on. Now we need to make sure every enterprise buyer on the planet knows it. We’re looking for someone who can earn their trust, create content they'd actually share with their team, and turn that trust into pipeline.

As our Founding Customer Marketing and Advocacy Lead, you'll build the content engine that makes Scribe the go-to authority for the C-suite and VP-level leaders navigating how work gets done in an AI-forward world. That starts with a deep, intuitive understanding of who they are β€” then deciding where and how to reach them. Through social, content, webinars, newsletters, or whatever format earns their trust and attention most, you'll make sure enterprise buyers across every industry know Scribe, trust Scribe, and want Scribe at their org.

And you won't just create content for and about enterprise buyers β€” you'll know them. You'll go deep with the people who matter most β€” through Customer Advisory Board programs that you’ll develop, webinars, and direct relationships β€” and turn those connections into content that earns trust at scale.

You'll be working alongside world-class acquisition, demand generation, product marketing, and Sales/CS teams and you'll have the creative latitude to build an enterprise content engine that looks nothing like the B2B category standard.

✨ You could be a great fit if:

  • You have a podcast mic on your desk and an opinion about the gain settings.

  • Your face lights up when you talk about the Customer Advisory Boards you’ve run, and you’re proud of the revenue they influenced.

  • You've built top-of-funnel programs for enterprise audiences and have a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline that closes.

  • You're internet-native and you understand how content actually travels: what makes someone screenshot something and send it to a colleague, what gets reshared, what dies in the feed. You know why things spread and you engineer for it.

  • You look at the B2B content landscape and see a wide open opportunity for Scribe. You have a vision for what world class enterprise content could be and the commercial instinct to make sure it earns trust, builds conviction, and makes enterprise buyers want Scribe at their org.

If you read any of those ☝️ and said "that's me", we'd love to hear from you!

βš’οΈ What you'll do:

  • Be the voice of the enterprise customer β€” develop deep familiarity with how enterprise buyers think, what they read and watch, what they share with their teams, and what earns their trust. Own the program to develop, publish, and distribute a powerful arsenal of customer testimonials.

  • Own Scribe's enterprise customer content engine β€” set the strategy, develop the content roadmap, and execute against it across every format and channel where the enterprise buyer consumes. (You’ll have support partnering with the Creative Strategists on our Acquisition team to develop some of the channel-specific content.)

  • Launch Scribe's Customer Advisory Board program β€” curate the right enterprise leaders, make participation genuinely valuable, and stay connected between sessions. These relationships will become your richest source of content and one of Scribe's most powerful trust signals in the market.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales to build the loop between content and revenue β€” ensuring webinar attendees, CAB participants, and content-sourced leads are routed, scored, and followed up on effectively.

  • Influence pipeline targets β€” set them, forecast against them, and report on them. You're comfortable in the numbers β€” MQLs, influenced pipeline, conversion β€” and you use them to make fast decisions about where to double down and what to kill.

πŸ” What we're looking for:

  • 4-6+ **years in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field with meaningful time focused on enterprise B2B audiences.

  • Proven track record building enterprise customer programs β€” content, webinars, events β€” with a portfolio you can point to and say "this influenced qualified pipeline."

  • Experience building or running customer advisory boards, executive engagement programs, or similar high-touch audience programs.

  • Strong analytical instincts β€” comfortable owning pipeline attribution, setting success metrics, and making fast decisions based on data.

  • Experience working closely with cross functional partners (like Sales, Demand Generation) to route and activate leads from content and events programs.

🚫 This role is not for you if:

  • You prefer to focus on creating great content and hand off distribution to someone else. In this role, you'll be thinking about how content reaches enterprise buyers at scale.

  • You'd prefer not to be accountable to revenue goals. This role will influence pipeline targets and directly contribute to revenue goals.

  • You lean toward working behind the scenes. A lot of the magic in this role comes from building direct external relationships with enterprise leaders.

πŸ“ Location

Fully remote. Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

πŸ’° Compensation

Salary varies by location. All full-time employees receive equity in Scribe. Final offers depend on experience and scope.

🎁 Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • Flexible paid time off and company holidays

  • 401(k)

  • Paid parental leave

  • Daily catered lunch (SF office)

  • Commuter benefits

  • Home office stipend
