You are a resilient, full-cycle salesperson who generates leads, runs discovery, negotiates and closes deals. You use AI to accelerate outreach and personalization and are comfortable working across multiple product lines and industries.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications
• Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English.

Nice-to-have
• Experience in healthtech, wellness or enterprise SaaS sales.
• Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales.

Benefits

Compensation & performance bonuses
Month 1–3: Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (months 1–3 bonus increases commission to 20%).
Month 4+: Base salary USD $500–$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses (see fast-start).
FAST START BONUS: Month 1–3: total 20% commission; Month 4–6: total 15% commission.
On-target earnings will vary by performance and commission.

Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
